Last night we had a group of folks, join together to connect in PARANORMALCY! We met at the café. We are fortunate to have a space to meet. Barnes and Noble lets us use their space for our book club. Thank you, Barnes and Noble.
Our book club format is pretty informal. At this time, we each get to share some books that we are reading, rereading, or just starting. We share with the group, about the book, and conversation is welcome, throughout. If it turns out, we have some folks who would like to read the same title, we can support that, too.
After choosing to get a beverage or snack, we settled in to chat.
We moved around the tables with introductions, and a small personal tidbit, we each shared a bit of our personal paranormal histories. We realize, each of us comes from our own personal space, and we are grateful to have a place to share, connect and pursue further paranormal explorations.
Conversation about the books is welcome. Personal connections, questions about content, author insight, interruptions, jokes, all of it! We had a range of topics in discussion last night. Starseed learnings, pursuing personal galactic history, reincarnation, daily rituals and more.
Our meeting ended a bit early, about 7:15 p.m. Folks who brought books to share, thank you so much! Your texts are the foundation of our gatherings. If you didn’t bring a book last night, no worries. Just know, you have the power to impact our conversations. Bring those books that are grabbing your attention at this point!
Thank you, all, for being a part of Tucson Paranormal Society. Future blogs could become follow up conversations from our gatherings. Also, if we choose, we can continue our conversations digitally, share favorite authors, as much as makes sense for us, and more.
Look forward to seeing you at future events.
Karen Motl is the Leader of the Tucson Paranormal Society Book Club.
